The higher elevation trails are almost there with the exception of an occasional hike-a-bike over some lingering snow patches on upper Shadow Lake & Apex. The Crest still has a few snow patches as well but with the current weather pattern, I would guess that it will be entirely rideable for the 4th of July weekend. Sounds like a great idea!

Use caution on Apex as there has been some excavation work on the ski runs that has buried a few sections of the trail. Also be aware of deadfall on upper Apex and upper Crescent Mine Grade. The crew should have these trails cleared by tomorrow afternoon.

Get out there!
